A Senior Magistrate Expected In Court

A senior Pretoria magistrate, Desmond Nair is expected to appear at the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on fraud and corruption charges.
The charges of corruption are linked to African Global Operations, formerly known as Bosasa
Nair was placed on provisional suspension following an allegation of wrongdoing that came in the form of testimony at the Zondo Commission in 2019 by Richard le Roux.
He alleges that Global Technology Systems formerly known as Sondolo IT and a subsidiary of African Global Operations installed as an undue favor to magistrate Nair CCTV cameras, an alarm system, and an electric fence at his house worth R200, 000.
