Police investigating wall collapse in Isipingo

Police are investigating the cause of a wall collapse that killed three people at a construction site in Isipingo, South of Durban.

Paramedics say they were called out to the construction site yesterday where they found that the wall had collapsed onto construction workers.

Police spokesperson, Nqobile Gwala, says they have started an investigation to find out the cause of the incident.

“The workers were busy working at the construction site when the wall suddenly collapsed onto them. Three men died at the scene and one survived and he was rushed to the hospital. We have opened an inquest docket at eSiphingo,” says Gwala.
