ActionSA has called on the judiciary to not allow former president Jacob Zuma to mock the Constitution.
The party is of the view that the former president wants to further obstruct the rule of law by delaying the execution of the order against him.
Last week, Zuma was sentenced to 15-months of direct imprisonment by the Constitutional Court, for contempt of court.
The former president and his legal team, have since launched a rescission application which will be heard by the apex court on the 12th of July.
Action SA Leader, Herman Mashaba, says the judiciary must retain the citizens’ faith in it by dismissing the application brought by Zuma.
