Action SA Wants Mashatile Investigated About Possibly Lying About VIP Unit Assault

ActionSA says it has written to National Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola to investigate deputy president Paul Mashatile.
This is for possibly lying about his involvement in the assault of three men by his VIP Protection Unit, on the N1 highway in Johannesburg.
Eight Presidential Protection Service officers attached to Mashatile’s security unit appeared in the Randburg Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
ActionSA’s, Lerato Ngobeni, says there are contradicting statements about whether or not the deputy president was in the car during the incident.
