All eyes will be on Mboweni’s budget speech today

Opposition parties in the province say finance minister, Tito Mboweni, must address the immediate fiscal crisis and ongoing bailouts of public enterprises.
Mboweni is expected to table the national budget speech for 2020/21 in parliament today.
