AMERICAN SWISS: HELLO LOVE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:

1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition;
4. The American Swiss: Hello Love Competition is brought to you by American Swiss and will run from; 28 September 2020 till 9 October 2020 on The Midmorning Hangout (9am-12pm).
5. To enter the competition, listeners must visit the American Swiss website; www.americanswiss.co.za choose jewelry and add it to their cart. Listeners must then take a screenshot of their cart and post the screenshot on Facebook with the hashtag #LoveAmericanSwiss and tag @GagasiFM. To be included into the grand prize draw, listeners need to include; their wedding date and area that their wedding will take place.
6. Winners will be announced daily on The Midmorning Hangout. Entrants will be asked to furnish the station with their contact numbers, via Facebook messenger- this does not mean that they are winners. Entrants must be available to go on-air during the competition moment and be announced as the winner in order to win
7. The Grand Prize: All x5 winners from the week, will have to furnish Gagasi FM with a video or collage of themselves as a couple by the 4th of October 2020. They will send the video (not longer than 1minute) or collage via Whatsapp to; 073 9301859. The finalists’ vidoes/ collages will be posted on Gagasi FM’s Instagram page, where Gagasi FM followers will be asked to vote for their favourite couple, by liking the video or collage. GagasiFM will use its discretion to choose the Grand Prize winner
8. Each Prize winner will receive: R3000 American Swiss voucher to use towards their online purchase. Grand Prize: American Swiss Jewelry to the value of R30 000, a Gagasi FM Dj or a Gagasi FM MC of their choice at the wedding reception. Gagasi FM Dj or Gagasi FM MC will be paid for by the American Swiss for events that are within the Durban area only… For weddings outside of Durban (60km radius outside of Durban), the winner will have to pay for the MC or Dj’s, travel and accommodation. Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any damages and/liabilities
9. The Grand Prize will need to be utilized within a year of the final competition moment, failing which, the money for the Gagasi FM Dj or MC, will be returned to American Swiss
10. Winners will be notified telephonically and judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Prize is not transferable to another person, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
12. American Swiss vouchers will be distributed by American Swiss
13. Gagasi FM will not be held liable for American Swiss’ delay and or failure to distribute the prizes to the winners
14. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
15. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
16. Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
17. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
18. You will be disqualified if:
• You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
• You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months
