Amstel Radler Chillas Competition Ts & Cs

Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:

1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition;
4. The Amstel Radler Chillas Competition is brought to you by Amstel Radler and will run from the 24th of August 2019 until 10pm on the 30^thof August 2019 on Gagasi FM.
5. Winners will be announced on the Gagasi FM Music Sessions (Mon- Thurs, 8pm-10pm) and The Beat Theory (Friday:7pm-10pm)
6. To enter the on-air competition, listeners must; comment the Gagasi FM Facebook post regarding the Amstel Radler Chillas competition
7. One lucky winner will be randomly chosen by the auditor
8. Prize: 4 tickets to the Amstel Radler Real Chillas in Durban (secret location) on Spring Day,1st September (valued at R1500 each) and x1 Amstel Chillas kit (valued at R2300) per winner
9. Ticket info: access to the VIP section at the event, Amstel Radler for the duration of the event and food will be provided.
10. Event will be held at a secret location in Durban and is by invite only. Winners will be given info on the venue by Friday, 30 August 2019
11. Winners will be notified telephonically and judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Prizes will be distributed by Amstel Radler. Gagasi FM will forward all winners; contact details to Amstel Radler for the distribution of prizes.
13. Gagasi FM will not be held liable for; Amstel Radler’s failure to distribute prizes and to host the event
14. Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any damages at the venue of the Amstel Radler event
15. Winners are to transport themselves, to and from the event, Gagasi FM will not be held liable for transporting winners to the event
16. If there is an error in the details provided by the winner Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages.
17. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
18. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
19. Entries which contain errors will be invalid.

20. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry.Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
21. You will be disqualified if:

• You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
• You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months
