Analyst doesn’t see Maimane starting a new political party

Political analyst, Sanele Nene, says he doesn’t think former DA leader, Mmusi Maimane, will be forming a new political party anytime soon.
Maimane resigned as the DA leader after a panel he commissioned to review the DA’s performance at this year’s national general elections gave a damning verdict on his leadership.
He took over as DA leader from Helen Zille in 2015.
Nene says if Maimane has to form another political party he will first have to consider the group of people he will represent.
