Some aggrieved ANC staff members are proceeding with criminal charges against the ruling party’s national office bearers today.
The aggrieved employees were due to formally lay criminal charges last week at the Johannesburg central police station, however they postponed the matter to start in the mid-morning.
In a leaked draft court documents, they accuse the top six of unlawfully expropriating UIF and medical aid funds from their salaries. Two weeks back, ANC staffers went on strike over non-payment of salaries for June, July and the late payment for August.
One of the aggrieved member, who has been expelled from the party, Carl Niehaus says they will never back down until they get what they deserve.

Meanwhile, ANC Spokesperson Pule Mabe says they will deal harshly with any member bringing the party into disrepute.
