Bandile Masuku Challenges SIU

Former Gauteng Health MEC Bandile Masuku is challenging the findings of the Special Investigation Unit.
The SIU had found that Masuku failed to execute his functions in compliance with the Constitution in the procurement of Personal Protective Equipment.
The review application has been heard by the Pretoria High Court during a case management meeting.
The court is scheduled to rule on the matter in January next.
