BEACHFEST Combo GIVEAWAY COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:
2. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition.
4. The Beachfest Competition is brought to you by Gagasi Fm. The competition starts at 00:00 on Monday, 21 November 2022 and ends at 23:59 on Friday, 25 November 2022 on Gagasi FM.
5. The Competition will be played on Gagasi Fm Hangout Show 9am to 12pm and Midday Connexion 12pm – 3pm, as well as on the Gagasi Fm Facebook page.
6. To enter the on-air giveaway competition, listeners must, tune into the shows, call in live and sing their best version of any of the 5 given artists songs that are on the line up, the songs are Young Stunna – Andiwele, Mafizolo – Ngihamba nawe, Tira – Sikilidi, AKA – Fela in Versace and Dladla Thukzin – Phuze. The listener, who sings the best, wins two general access tickets to the Gagasi Fm Beachfest event. Daily, 2 listeners will be chosen to attempt to sing to the instrumentals, they have 1 min to sing, the presenters will decide who gave the best version and award them with the prize.
7. To enter the social media giveaway competition, listeners must like and follow the Gagasi Fm Facebook page, find Beachfest post and comment with a picture of them and their friends looking good (swagged up) and use #EyethuLeSummer, 6 people with the best pictures will be chosen to win a Beachfest combo.
8. On Air Prize: Two General Access Tickets valued at R200 each
9. Social Media Prize: Beachfest combo (x5 General Access Tickets, x1 Camp chair, X5 Caps, X5 Sippy cups)
10. Winners have to collect prizes from Gagasi Fm studios at Cornubia, by Thursday 1 Dec, before 4pm.
11. Winners will be notified telephonically and the judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Prize is not transferable to another person, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
13. Winners to provide Gagasi FM with a copy of their bar coded Identity Document sent to the station via e-mail with a confirmation of their banking details.
14. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
15. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
16. Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
17. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry.
18. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
19. You will be disqualified if:
• You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
• You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months.
