Bheki Cele Says A Breakthrough In The Thabo Bester Case Is Imminent

Police minister Bheki Cele says there may be a breakthrough soon in the case of Facebook rapist and murderer Thabo Bester.
He faked his own death and escaped lawful custody from the Mangaung correctional facility in Bloemfontein last year.
On Tuesday, police raided a 12-million-rand mansion in Hyde Park, Johannesburg, where Bester and his socialite doctor girlfriend Nandipha Magudumana are believed to have been hiding out before fleeing.
Speaking to the commercial broadcaster, Cele says he cannot confirm media reports that Bester might be in Tanzania.
