Business Sector Outlines SONA Expectations

The Durban Chamber of Commerce says it is expecting President Cyril Ramaphosa’s State Of the Nation Address (SONA) to deal with various issues including corruption.

Ramaphosa is expected to deliver his SONA on Thursday evening.

Chief Executive Officer, Palesa Phili says emerging entrepreneurs are struggling to generate an income due to lockdown regulations, adding that corruption furthers the challenges that are already faced by this sector.

Phili has been speaking to Gagasi FM News detailing some of the expectations of the business sector, ahead of tomorrow’s SONA.
