The National Consumer Commission (NCC) has been asked to investigate inflated flight prices following the suspension of all flights operated by Comair.
Flights of Kulula Air and British Airways have been grounded by the Civil Aviation Authority, leaving passengers stranded and frustrated.
Passengers have complained that they are forced to re-book as a result, but it is not an option for some who claim prices have been inflated.
The commission’s Joseph Selolo says Comair should take full accountability and not consumers.
