Cele Says Mechanisms To Help Women Report GBV Should Be Improved

Police Minister Bheki Cele has called on men to change their attitudes towards perpetrators of gender based violence in their circle.
The police ministry returned to Khayelitsha in an effort to try and stop the spread of GBV.
Cele who has been delivering the keynote address says police stations must offer improved mechanism for the reporting of gender-based violence.
