The Judicial Service Commission has referred a complaint by health advocacy organisation the African Alliance against Chief Justice, Mogoeng Mogoeng, to the Judicial Conduct Committee.
The complaint is over remarks the chief justice made, regarding vaccines at a public prayer at Tembisa Hospital, in Gauteng, in December last year.
Mogoeng had made a prayer that the COVID-19 vaccine is a triple six mark sent to destroy humanity and said that if there was a vaccine that is made to corrupt the DNA of human kind, it should be destroyed immediately.
The African Alliance says the claims by Mogoeng are false and dangerous.
