Comair CEO Glenn Orsmond says the focus is now to get operations back to normal as quickly as possible.

The South African Civil Aviation Authority reinstated the company’s Air Operators’ Certificate, with Kulula and British Airways resuming flights today.

Orsmond says British Airways customers who have been affected can re-book flights and customers who have e-mailed the contact centre will receive responses within seven days.

He says Kulula customers who have been affected will receive a full credit to the value of their ticket, valid for rebooking within six months of the original reservation date.
