Cosatu says it hopes National Treasury will give a sense about what it is they are trying to do to turn around State Owned Entities (SOEs).
Godongwana is set to deliver his first national Budget Speech today and there could be good news for taxpayers.
The minister is expected to deliver a low-key budget that sticks to the line that he spelled out in his Medium-Term Budget Policy Statement in November.
