DA Heads To Court To Fight ANC Cadre

The Democratic Alliance (DA) will today challenge the African National Congress’s cadre deployment policy in the North Gauteng High Court.
The opposition party issued court action after the Zondo Commission found it was unlawful for the president and ministers to consider recommendations of the cadre deployment committee when appointing public servants.
DA’s spokesperson for Public Service and Administration Leon Schreiber says they will fight against this policy until the bitter end.
