Darkness, Darkness, Darkness as Eskom Implements Stage 4 Loadshedding

Eskom says stage 4 loadshedding that was implemented on Wednesday will continue until five o’clock Friday morning.
The power utility says this is due to further shortage of generation capacity.
It says thereafter stage two will be implemented until five o’clock on Saturday morning.
Eskom Spokesperson Sikonathi Matshantsha says over the past 24 hours a unit each at Medupi, Kusile and Matla power stations tripped, while a unit each at Lethabo and Arnot power stations were forced to shut down.
