DOJ Appoints News Director General

Cabinet has appointed Advocate Doctor Mashabane as the department of Justice and Constitutional Development’s new Director General.
Mashabane returns to this department, having previously served in the Constitutional Development branch back in 2002.
The department says Mashabane has served South Africa in numerous responsibilities in the diplomatic space, including serving as the Deputy Ambassador to the United Nations in New York betwen 2011 and 2015.
Department Spokesperson, Chrispin Phiri says the department has been without a DG for over a year.
