Dube Ncube Sworn In As Premier

African National Congress member of the provincial legislature Nomusa Dube-Ncube has been sworn in as the new Kwazulu-Natal premier.
The sitting administered by Deputy Judge President of the KwaZulu-Natal High Court, Mjabuliseni Madondo, is taking place in Mooi River.
Ncube has vowed to lead with dignity.
