Duma Says No Communities Should Be Held At Ransom By Criminals

The African National Congress chairperson in the province, Sboniso Duma says criminals must not be allowed to torture communities in KwaZulu-Natal.
Duma had been addressing ANC members in Muziwabantu municipality, South coast of the province.
He says residents must act responsibly by reporting to law enforcement agencies all those involved in criminal activities.
