Duma Says There Needs To Be More Black Property Owners

KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs (Edtea), Siboniso Duma, says one of the objectives at the top of their list is to increase the number of black property owners.
Duma says this is part of the radical socio-economic transformation plan whose objective is socio-economic equality.
He says they’re already looking for ways to expand the already existing initiatives and more meaningful dialogues.
