Education DM Expresses Concern on Teachers Facing GBV

Basic education Deputy minister Reginah Mhaule says she’s concerned that teachers are experiencing gender based violence in the country.
Population-based surveys show that between 25% and 40% of South African women have experienced sexual and/or physical violence from their intimate partner.
Speaking to GagasiFM news Mhaule says teachers must be protected at home and in their work place.
