The EFF’s National Assembly Chief Whip Floyd Shivambu says they believe the ANC is failing the people when it comes to land reform.
Today the ad hoc committee on Section 25 of the Constitution’s report will be before the National Assembly.
Members of Parliament will vote on whether to pass a law that would allow for the expropriation of land without compensation.
The Democratic Alliance has already said that it will not support the Bill, adding that it is confident a two-thirds majority vote will not be achieved.
The party says should the Bill be passed, it will challenge it in court .
Shivambu has told the Public Broadcaster that they will never support an amendment that did not place all land in state custodianship.
