Electricity Minister Has Apologised For Higher Stages Of Loadshedding

Minister of Electricity Kgosientsho Ramokgopa has apologised to South Africans for the high implementation of load-shedding for the past few days.
Ramokgopa says this was due to the high demand of electricity and to also ensure that the grid does not collapse.
He has been addressing the media on the energy action plan.
