Fixture dates, times and venues for Carling Knockout semis confirmed

The Premier Soccer League has confirmed the fixture dates, times and venues for the Carling knockout semi final encounters. The PSL’s second cup competition of the season has four teams left after quarterfinal triumphs for Mamelodi Sundowns, Marumo Gallants, Magesi FC and Richards Bay FC. The semi final draw took place on Sunday post the last two quarterfinal games, and cooked up some interesting fixtures.
Richards Bay FC will play their third home game of the competition as they will host new boys Magesi FC at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Saturday, 9 November at 15:00. The Natal Rich Boyz needed a penalty shootout to beat Cape Town City 5-4 and advance to the next round, while Magesi overcame the tough challenge of TS Galaxy with a 1-0 victory.
The second semi final will see Marumo Gallants host giants Mamelodi Sundowns at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium on Sunday, 10 November at 15:00. Gallants eliminated defending champions Stellenbosch FC (1-0) and Sundowns outplayed Kaizer Chiefs with a 4-0 victory at FNB Stadium.
The final of the Carling Knockout will take place at the Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein on Saturday, 23 November 2024.
