Former ANC Member of Parliament Makhosi Khoza says former Communications Minister Faith Muthambi was an incompetent leader.
Khoza has been testifying at the State Capture Commission about parliamentary oversight during her tenure.
She says leaders like Muthambi allowed former president Jacob Zuma to run the country without any consultations and fueled factions.
Adding that at some point when they questioned the appointmnet of Hlaudi Motsoeneng as COO at the SABC, they were told that Zuma was happy with the appointment.

Khoza says that the ANC felt that she was too vocal on issues that were suppose to be internal issues. She adds that it was very clear that the party was “hell-bent” at protecting President Zuma.
Testifying on how she was recalled from the ANC and as the Public Services and Administration Parliamentary Portfolio Committee Chairperson, she says she received a call from the late Jackson Mthembu, then ANC Chief Whip, telling her she’d been recalled with immediate effect, and never received a formal letter.
Khoza further testified that Mthembu accused her of ill-discipline and was told that there would be no organisation if people voted with their conscience.
