GAGASI FM SHERO AWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Overview
The 4th annual Gagasi FM SHERO Awards 2020 are taking place once again. The awards celebrate extraordinary women who push boundaries and excel in their different professions. During Women’s Month, Gagasi FM will shine a spotlight on women of substance. Due to COVID-19 and the national lockdown, we are doing this year’s Shero Awards differently by not having an actual ceremony; but rather executing it on air and on our digital platforms. This year the idea will be to recognize women who have been making KZN tick. The campaign will be based on profiling the women who have shined their light within the different spaces and will be done on air on all primetime shows, including Indaba. When asked about the awards ceremony for the official handing over of the SHERO Awards, Head of Brand – Phinda Magwaza stated, “Due to the current lockdown restrictions, Gagasi FM will not be hosting an awards ceremony like we normally do. Rather, what we will do is that all winners will be announced live on air on our six-to-six shows. Listeners can look out for that.” The final list of winners will be announced on air during the week of Monday 24th to Friday 28th August 2020.
