Gigaba vs Norma at State Capture Commission

The State Capture Commission of Inquiry will hear former Finance minister, Malusi Gigaba’s, application for leave to cross-examine his estranged wife Norma Mngoma today.
According to reports, Gigaba wants the Commission to rule that Mngoma’s affidavit is inadmissible, and alternatively that if she is allowed to give evidence, it be done behind closed doors.
The inquiry will also hear testimony from Mngoma on Gupta-related evidence, Denel matters from former minister of Public Enterprises Lynne Brown, and former State Security minister David Mahlobo.
