Government departments to open fully as SA descends to Level-1

Premier Sihle Zikalala says he expects all government departments to open fully and service the community as the country descends to level-1 of the lockdown.
Zikalala had been briefing media on the province’s latest Covid-19 developments in Durban.

Zikalala also touched on GBV, he says men and communities should be work-shopped about fighting the scourge of gender based violence.
Zikalala says cases of gender based violence have increased during the national lockdown.
He says community members should always expose GBV perpetrators so that they can face full might of the law.
