HOLLYWOODBETS TRIVIA COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:

1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition;
4. The Hollywodbets Trivia Competition is brought to you by Hollywoodbets and will run on the 4^th of May 2020 till the 8th of May 2020 on Gagasi FM.
5. The Competition will be played on; The Uprising (6-9am),
6. To enter the competition, listeners must SMS; “Trivia” to 33119- sms costs; R1.50
7. Daily, The Uprising team will put 1 entrant on-air, and ask him/her 5 Hollywoodbets related questions. Each question that the listener answers correctly will earn them R500.
8. Listeners can visit the Hollywoodbets Facebook page for clues
9. Entrants must be available to go on-air at the competition moment and their telephone lines need to be clear in order to participate in the competition
10. Entrants will randomly be drawn daily at 2pm, from the 3rd of May 2020
11. Prize: R500 per question answered correctly, up to R2500 per competition moment
12. Prizes are not transferable
13. All prizes will be distributed by Hollywodbets and Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any damages or non-distribution of prizes
14. Cash prize winners need to provide Hollywoodbets with a bank statement (not older than 3 months) and a copy of their identity document in order to claim the prize.
15. Cash prizes will be transferred electronically into the winner’s nominated bank account within 7 days from the date of receipt of the winner’s correct banking details and a copy of the winner’s identity document.
16. Winners have 5 business days from being contacted, to submit their banking details and a copy of their Identity Document to Hollywoodbets to claim their prize.
17. By entering the competition, you agree:

• that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; and
• to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners.
• to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

18. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above

19. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.

20 Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.

21 Entries which contain errors will be invalid.

22. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
23. You will be disqualified if:

• You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
• You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months
