The Assault case EFF leaders Julius Malema and Mbuyiseni Ndlozi are facing has been postponed to the 6th of May.
The two are accused of assaulting Lieutenant-Colonel Johannes Venter during an altercation at the funeral of ANC struggle stalwart Winnie Madikizela-Mandela in Fourways.
The case dates back to 2018.
EFF leader Julius Malema says the duration of this case exposes the incompetence of the National Prosecuting Authority.
Malema also accuses the NPA for using this case to settle political scores.
