The Inkatha Freedom Party in the eThekwini region has said that  government has failed to prioritize the citizens especially those residing in Durban.

Members of the party staged a protest which they described as a demonstration outside the Durban City Hall.

The members said the ruling party has failed to resolve the plight of the flood victims who are still living in transit camps until now.

IFP Secretary in the eThekwini region Joshua Mazibuko said that there are people who are still living in transit camps since 2010 and they are not receiving any assistance from the government.
