IFP Leader Raises Socio Economic Issues

The IFP in the province says it understands the concerns of protesters in the province over the employment of undocumented foreign nationals.

In the past weeks, protesters have shut down foreign-owned businesses while truck drivers have been protesting against the employment of foreign drivers.

IFP leader Velenkosini Hlabisa says it’s in South Africa’s best interest to grant citizens employment and business opportunities to preserve their contribution to the local economy.
