IFP Raises Concern Over GBV And Joblessness

Inkatha Freedom Party members and supporters have been picketing outside the City Hall in Durban, raising concerns about the highest rate of young people who are unemployed in the country and the continuous cases of Gender Based Violence.

Speaking to members of the IFP, they all sung the same tune about the highest number of young people whom they say are unemployed despite having qualifications of higher learning.

In a statement released by Statistics South Africa, unemployment among the youth continues to be a burden in South Africa.

Young people from the IFP said , it is also worrying that GBV still remains a pandemic  adding that the government needs to take responsibility.
