Parliamentary Standing Committee on Appropriations Chairperson Sfiso Buthelezi says the money allocated to three spheres of government must service communities.
Buthelezi had been addressing MP’s in the national assembly.
The National Treasury is expected to grant the National Government, Provincial, and Local government more than R1.60 trillion for 2022/2023 and R1.67 trillion for the 2024/2025 financial year.
Buthelezi says he’s glad the increase on allocations were effected without compromising the country’s fiscus position.
