Koko Accuses Zondo of Favouritism

The State Capture Commission of Inquiry has heard how Optimum Coal Mine used the name of President Cyril Ramaphosa into their favour and to threaten executives into making decisions.

Koko who is no stranger to the Commission, returned once again to testify about how the controversial Guptas ended up owning Optimum Coal Mine.

During his opening statement, he accused the commission of coaching witnesses.

He further accused evidence leaders of constantly using testimonies that are not backed up with any hard evidence as leads and accuse the Commission’s Chairperson, Raymond Zondo, of having favourite witnesses.
