KwaZulu-Natal Social Development MEC Nonhlanhla Khoza Condems The Gruesome Killing Of Toddler

KwaZulu-Natal Social Development minister, Nonhlanhla Khoza, has condemned the brutal killing of a 7-year-old toddler in KwaDukuza in Stanger.
Philasande Shange went missing from his Ntshawini Home last Thursday.
A few parts of his body were discovered in a nearby stream and bushes in Ntshawini.
The family received an sms from an unknown number informing them of the remains of the toddler.
Khoza says this is shocking, if there is anyone with information on the perpetrators they should come forward.
