Kylian Mbappe has became Paris St Germain’s all-time top scorer.
The 24-year-old scored late in the contest for his 201st goal with PSG, putting him ahead of Edison Cavani as the capital club’s all-time leading goal scorer. PSG handed a special ‘201’ trophy to Mbappe after the game to mark his achievement.
He is now ahead of Cavani (200 goals), Zlatan Ibrahimovic (156), Neymar (118) and Portuguese forward Pauleta (109) in PSG’s scoring charts. He only turned 24 in December.
The Frenchman joined PSG, initially on loan, from Ligue 1 rivals Monaco in the summer of 2017. He’s been prolific ever since that transfer – reaching his latest landmark in just 247 games.
