KZN Economy Looking Promising Amid Investment Conference

KwaZulu-Natal Premier Sihle Zikalala says he is hopeful that the investment conference held this week with grow the province’s economy.

He has been speaking to stakeholders under the umbrella of the provincial government Lekgotla.

The Lekgotla attended by MECs, Mayors, CEOs and Chairpersons of Public Entities discussed plans to improve state capacity in line with the District Development Model and plans to fight corruption and improve service delivery.

KZN Finance MEC Nomusa Dube Ncube says the province secure over 11-billion rand in investment commitments for both the public and private sector.

She says her department would provide all the necessary infrastructure needed to make these investment projects a reality.
