Sixty-one alleged instigators of the public violence in KwaZulu-Natal’s July unrest will return to the Durban Magistrate’s Court in six months’ time.
They appeared in court on charges of public violence yesterday and will remain out on bail with warnings while further investigations are underway.
Natasha Ramkisson-Kara of the National Prosecuting Authority confirmed the matter was adjourned to the 12th of May.
