Law Expert Says The ConCourt Could Favor Ramaphosa On The Section 89 Report

Law expert, Pierre de Vos, believes President Cyril Ramaphosa’s ConCourt Application will be successful.
Ramaphosa filed papers in the Constitutional Court on Monday to review and set aside the Section 89 panel report.
He is challenging the findings of the report which found that he may have violated his oath of office with regard to a robbery at his Phala Phala farm.
Ramaphosa argues that the panel does not have sufficient evidence against him for an impeachment process.
