Legal Expert Says The Section 89 Report Is Now Sub-Judicare

Legal expert Mpumelelo Zikalala says parliament must not waste time debating the parliamentary Section 89 panel report as it is now sub-judicare.
The report found that president Cyril Ramaphosa may have committed several constitutional violations in his actions following the robbery and theft of a large sum of money from his Phala Phala farm in Limpopo.
Yesterday, the president filed papers in the Constitutional Court to review and set aside the Section 89 panel report that found he may have violated the Constitution.
