LUCKY STAR, WHAT’S YOUR NCAA
COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:
1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd’s competition;
4. The Lucky Star What’s Your Ncaa Competition is brought to you by Lucky Star and will run from the 29th of June 2020 until 12pm on the 20th of August 2020 on Gagasi FM.
5. The Competition moments will be played on: The Midmorning Hangout, every Thursday between:9am-12pm
6. To enter the on-air competition:
a. 30 July till 6 August; listeners must send a picture of their Lucky Star meal to the Whatsapp number: 061 930 0995. On the; 30th of July and 6th of August, The Midmorning Hangout will put 2 lucky listeners on-air where they will be asked questions relating to Lucky Star. Listener will have to shout out his or her name to answer the question. Listener with the most correctly answered question will win the prize, with the other winner walking away with nothing
b. 13 August; listeners must send a voice note of themselves singing their best rendition of the Lucky Star jingle to; 061 930 0995. The Midmorning Hangout will play 2 received voice notes and choose a winner from the 2. The loser again, walks away with nothing.
c. 20 August; All 3 winners to send their Lucky Star meal which they have made and Whatsapp a picture of it to; 061 930 0995, for the Lucky Star Virtual Cook off. Winner from the Virtual Cook Off will win R5000 and be given a chance to double their total winnings by answering the Lucky Star Mystery question- what new product does Lucky Star have? Should listener answer correctly they will win R14000 in total. Should listener not be able to answer correctly, they’ll win, R7000 (R2000 won prior to the Virtual Cook Off and R5000 from the Virtual Cook Off)
d. 3 winners have to send in their Lucky Star meals to stand a chance to win in the Virtual Cook Off.
7. Listeners have to be available to go on-air during the competition moment and their line needs to be clear, in order to participate in the competition
8. Prize: 30 July- 13 August, R2000 (Two Thousand Rands) cash. 20 August, R5000 (Five Thousand Rands) and a chance to double total winnings to R14000 (Fourteen Thousand Rands)
9. Winners will be notified telephonically and judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Prizes will be distributed by Gagasi FM, via EFT to the winners’ bank accounts (from the; 27th of August till the 19th of November 2020). Winners need to provide their correct banking details to Gagasi FM
11. If there is an error in the details provided by the winner Gagasi FM will not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages.
12. Winners must submit a certified copy of their original South African ID books/Smart cards along with their banking details. If the ID number does not match that of the winning entrant, then the winner will be disqualified.
13. No entries by post or any other form will be accepted by Gagasi FM.
14. Gagasi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
15. Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
16. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Gagasi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
17. You will be disqualified if:
a. You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
b. You have won a competition conducted by Radio iGagasi 99.5FM (Pty) Ltd in the past three months
