The fraud and corruption cases against suspended ANC Secretary General Ace Magashule has been postponed in the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein.
The case will be back on the roll on 19 October 2021.
Magashule and his 15 co-accused returned to the court today for a pre-trial hearing to set the official date for the case to be heard.
The accused face charges relating to tender fraud of more than R255 million.
Stern supporter of Magashule and suspended ANC member Carl Niehaus says the charges are politically motivated.
