Mbeki Criticises The Lack Of Leadership In The Country

Former president Thabo Mbeki has bemoaned the country’s lack of quality leadership.

He spoke during a dialogue hosted by the University of South Africa (UNISA), saying that the country is facing serious challenges in respect of leadership, safety and security, and the economy.

Mbeki has told the diplomats and students from different countries in attendance, that the critical ingredient needed to resolve these problems, is good leadership in government, and in society in general.
