Public Enterprise’s chairperson, Elvis Magaxa, has denied any deliberate attempts to collapse today’s meeting.
This is as the Eskom board once again met at Megawatt Park in Johannesburg where the board was meant to account before various parliamentary committees on the country’s energy crisis.
The meeting started off on a rough start when an ANC board member walked out saying that board member, Clive Le Roux, need to account for his sexist comments.
The meeting between Eskom and various portfolio committees has been adjourned and is expected to resume next week.
This is due to the fact that the CEO and COO are not present to answer questions.
