Minister Confirms Technichal Problems Are Delaying Release Of Matric Results

Minister of Basic Education, Angie Motshekga, says the delay in the release of matric results is due to some technical issues and minor challenges.
The matric result will be officially released on the 19th of this month.
The class of 2022 has until the 15th of March to apply to rewrite their Grade 12 exams.
Matriculants who wish to increase their pass marks in terms of the results they would have obtained are urged to apply before the deadline.
Matrics also have until the third of next month to apply for remarking or rechecking of exam papers.
Motshekga says the department is currently at the stage of processing the results.
